2. What this website is

This website is for information only. No contract of sale is formed through it. We take no orders, no bookings and no payments online, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell. If you want something, come to the counter.

3. Accuracy and availability

Our menu, our products, our opening hours and the Special of the Week all change. We keep this site as current as we can, but the information given to you in the shop is the current and authoritative one.

4. Food and allergen information

Our food is made fresh to order in a kitchen that handles many different ingredients, including cereals containing gluten, milk, nuts and sesame.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of our team before you order. We will give you the allergen information for anything on the counter that day.

Please do not rely on this website. Our recipes, our suppliers and our specials change, and the information our team gives you in the shop is always the current one.

Nothing on this website is allergen advice. Allergen information for any item is given in the shop, at the time of ordering, by a member of our team.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not scrape this site, access it by automated means, or misuse the enquiry form, including using it to send bulk, commercial or abusive messages.

6. Intellectual property

The photography, logo, product names and written copy on this site belong to the business and may not be reused without our permission. Third-party marks that appear incidentally in photographs remain the property of their owners.

7. Third-party links

This site links out to Google Maps, our Google Business Profile, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TripAdvisor and the Food Standards Agency, and the enquiry form is delivered by Formspree. We are not responsible for the content of those services or for their privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for how the form is handled.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information on it, to the extent the law allows us to exclude that liability.
